Prepreg Manufacturing

Prepregs are composite materials in which a reinforcement fibre has been pre-impregnated with a thermoplastic or thermoset resin matrix in a specific ratio. To give them their unique properties, prepregs must be cured at high temperatures and pressures, such as in our our on-site autoclaves and ovens, or even out-of-oven.

Prepregs are being increasingly used in key areas such as UAV structures, cockpit panels on aircraft, and other structures that require outstanding durability and strength.
